  Check-in at the apartment is contactless. Receiving the code is possible until 09:00 PM. Guests must contact the apartment on the day of arrival to receive the code. Check-in with the received code is possible 24 hours a day. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If it is not possible to contact the apartment by phone, the guest can send their question to WhatsApp.

  Methods of getting to the property: the property is located in the city center, guests can get to the facility by public transport, private car. From the train station guests can get to the facility by taxi.

  The property provides transfer to, from the airport for an additional fee. If guests need a transfer, guests are asked to contact the property.

  Check-in with a pet is strictly possible by prior arrangement; the facility does not accept any animals. Guests should inform the facility manager about the planned arrival with an animal. There is a surcharge for pets. If accommodation with an animal has not been agreed upon, the facility reserves the right to charge the guest a fine.
